Dublin Apartment Building: Integrating the old with the new
We successfully repurposed a historic church spire and integrated it as the centrepiece of a modern structure featuring six apartments. This challenging project blended past and present, incorporating the protected structure spire into the design to create a unique living experience. Each apartment tells a story, with the spire as a constant reminder of the area's history. The modern section of the structure pays homage to the historic church spire, blending innovation with tradition.
